MEET TRACEY
Growing up in NZ I was always surrounded by nature and even now find myself daily in my local woods looking for the peace, quiet and fresh air they bring - my 'lungs' I call them. I enjoy the challenge of bringing these qualities to your outdoor space, whether it's a city courtyard or large country garden.
From Te Aroha, New Zealand I settled in the UK in 1998 and worked with designers in commercial practice until establishing my own practice in 2013. A pre-registered member of the Society of Garden Designers (SGD), I gained my BA (Hons) Garden Design at the University of Greenwich, adding to a previous BA (Hons) Art History and French degree from Victoria University, Wellington NZ. I’m also a member of the extensive NZBWN (NZ Business Women’s Network) here in London.
In 2015 I was awarded a RHS Silver-Gilt medal at BBC Gardener’s World Live for my show garden Greener Pastures.
